Italian Seared Beef

Instructions

  1. Roast the pine nuts in a skillet until golden.
  2. Season the steak, then pound until 1/2-inch thick. Sear the steak in a hot pan for 1 minute on each side and remove to a board. Slice thinly on the bias.
  3. Plate the pesto, then top with the steak, then the arugula on top. Garnish with the pine nuts, dizzle with olive oil, top with the cheese, and serve hot.
